Renewal of a 2 mills levy plus an increase of 0.3 mill. The levy would cost property owners $55 for every $100,000 of value.

Support Your Library

Stark Library depends heavily on locally approved property taxes (56% of its budget). With rising costs for materials, staff salaries and benefits, security services, property insurance, and vehicle repairs/maintenance, it is imperative that this levy passes. Your vote could help the more than 42,000 people who attend Stark Library programs and events, the nearly 61,000 library cardholders, and over 633,000 people who walked through Stark Library doors in 2025.
